Terms & Conditions

  1. Registration for Studybility trainings takes place through studybility.com website.
  2. The fee includes participation costs, training materials, coffee and lunch breaks, one Course Dinner, and a Course Certificate, unless stated otherwise.
  3. Upon registration, LUMINAR FOUNDATION will issue a proforma invoice for a given Studybility training course. The invoice will be sent by email to the address indicated 0n the registration form. LUMINAR FOUNDATION reserves the right to issue an invoice without participating institution’s signature.
  4. You must make the payment within 14 days to an account specified on the invoice issued by LUMINAR FOUNDATION. The bank transfer must contain the order ID.
  5. Should you cancel your participation by the registration deadline, LUMINAR FOUNDATION will reimburse you the entire paid amount.
  6. Should you cancel your participation 14 days before the event, LUMINAR FOUNDATION will charge you 50% of the fee.
  7. Should you cancel your participation within 14 days of the event, LUMINAR FOUNDATION will charge you 100% of the fee.
  8. You must officially notify the event organizers about your cancellation. Not cancelling your registration and not participating in the training will still require that you pay 100% fee for training.
  9. Not paying the fee indicated on the invoice does not mean cancelling your participation in the training.
  10. LUMINAR FOUNDATION has the right to change the programme, its date and location. Information about such changes will be sent at least 14 working days before the training.
  11. LUMINAR FOUNDATION has the right to cancel the training at any time. Should LUMINAR FOUNDATION cancel the training, participants will be reimbursed the entire sum paid to the organizer and only that sum.
